Right of return

Note: We do not accept returns on customized products as they are made to order and cannot be resold.

Return:

You have up to 14 days from the order date to request a return. After this period, our system will not allow returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect order was received (we may request photo evidence of this) or we have dispatched an incorrect item.

Once a return is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging condition for us to accept your return.
